  • Mix in a bowl or with a mixer the flour with Cocoa Hershey's, the yeast, salt, and sugar; add the whole milk and the egg. Work until the ingredients are well combined, then gradually add the butter until fully integrated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased container and cover, let the dough rest for an hour until it doubles in size, punch it down and roll it out to a thickness of 1.5 cm to form the donuts; cut circles to form the donuts and let them rest again for 30 minutes, or until they double in size.
  • Fry the donuts in oil and remove excess fat. Let cool.
  • Melt the Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Cream Bar in a double boiler until completely liquid, then add the vegetable oil and wait for it to cool (but remain liquid). Set aside.
  • Melt the Hershey’s Bittersweet Baking Bar in a double boiler until completely liquid, then add the vegetable oil and wait for it to cool (but remain liquid). Set aside.
  • Heat in a small pot Hershey’s Chocolate Flavor Syrup with the heavy cream and the hydrated gelatin, wait until the latter completely dissolves; allow to cool, but remain liquid. Set aside.
  • Melt the Hershey’s Strawberry Cream Bar in a double boiler until completely liquid, then add the vegetable oil and wait for it to cool (but remain liquid). Set aside.
  • Decorate the donuts with the glazes you prepared previously and with Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips, Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme Chips, Hershey’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, and melted Hershey’s Strawberry Cream Bar; contrast colors and shapes on the donuts.
