Donut Tiramisu

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar , powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cups espresso coffee, Strong Coffee
  • 1 package mascarpone cheese
  • vanilla essence
  • 4 donuts, glazed

  • Separate the yolk from the white of each egg. In a bowl, beat the yolks, add powdered sugar, cocoa, and a tablespoon of concentrated coffee.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Continue beating until peaks form. Pour this mixture in three parts into the egg yolk mixture.
  • Place the remaining concentrated coffee or espresso on a plate, soak the donuts in it for 5 seconds.
  • On a large serving plate, arrange a layer of donuts, followed by a layer of mascarpone cream, using a spatula to spread it well. Repeat until the mold is filled, finishing with a layer of cream. Decorate with cocoa powder and solid chocolate.
  • If you want to make the individual version, chop the donuts and stack the pieces, covering them with cream cheese and you're done.
