Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar, then add the hydrated yeast and the eggs.
Add the milk, knead for 7 minutes, add the butter and knead until you have a smooth and soft dough. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface, to about 3 mm thick, using a small cutter, cut the dough, then use a smaller cutter to cut the center of the dough, until you have donuts.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the donuts for 3 minutes, until they have a golden color and immediately roll them in powdered sugar.
Serve with a glass of milk.
