In a bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center. Add the yeast, milk, and a pinch of sugar.
Knead until a dough starts to form, add the remaining sugar, salt, room temperature butter, and eggs.
Knead well and let the dough rest for an hour in a warm place.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 8mm thick. Use a 4 cm diameter round cutter to cut the dough, then cut a 1 cm diameter circle in the center of each round.
Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours. Fry in a pan with 3 cm of hot oil. Brown on both sides, remove, and let drain on kitchen paper to remove excess grease.
For the glaze: In a bowl, beat the butter until smooth, add the milk and vanilla extract, add half of the powdered sugar and beat for a few minutes. Incorporate the remaining sugar and continue beating until it reaches a smooth consistency. To make the pink glaze, separate a portion of the glaze and add a drop of red food coloring or as needed to achieve the desired color.
Add the glaze to the donuts and decorate with colored or chocolate sprinkles.
