  • 19 grams cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cups arrowroot starch

  • 1/3 cups almond milk, or unsweetened coconut milk

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C or 350°F. Grease a silicone donut mold with coconut spray and set aside.
  • In a bowl, sift the almond flour and coconut flour, cocoa powder, European cocoa, arrowroot starch, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • Mix the eggs with almond milk, vanilla, coconut sugar, and oil, then add the dry ingredients and combine with a whisk until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Place the mixture in a piping bag and fill 2/3 of the mold.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Place the parchment paper over the mold and use a board to flip it to unmold the donuts.
  • For the ganache, heat coconut cream with honey and avocado oil in a microwave-safe container for 45 seconds. Add the chocolate and mix with a whisk or a manual mixer until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Decorate the donuts with the ganache and drizzle with the spreads. Enjoy.
