Pina Colada Donut

In every bite you will find all the flavor of a piña colada. This recipe is not only spectacular but also super quick to make.

  • 4 slices canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • maraschino cherries
  • vanilla essence
  • shredded coconuts
  • 4 donuts, glazed
  • 2 ounces rum, (optional)

  • Place the room temperature butter in the mixer and beat until creamy.
  • Add the coconut cream, 3 tablespoons of pineapple syrup, and vanilla extract. Beat until you achieve a smooth mixture. You can add a bit of rum if you like.
  • Place the frosting in a piping bag and decorate each donut with it.
  • Decorate with toasted coconut, cherries, and pineapple chunks.
