Form a volcano, add the eggs, and mix.
Add the milk, salt, vanilla, and finally the butter; mix until integrated.
If it sticks, add a little flour and knead until it no longer sticks.
Place in a container and cover with a clean, damp cloth preferably with warm water. Put in a warm place and wait for it to double in size (the time will depend on the climate, approximately 90 minutes).
Spread a little flour on the table and knead a little more. Roll out with a rolling pin until it is about 1 1/2 cm thick.
Cut the dough with a round cookie cutter or if you don't have one, use 2 glasses of different sizes to shape the donut.
In a greased and floured mold, place the donuts and give them more time to increase in size. Place near the stove (approx. 90 min)
Fry the donuts in hot oil but not boiling, turning every 30 seconds about 4 to 6 times until cooked.
Place the donuts in a colander or napkin to drain the oil.
Let cool and coat with sugar. You can cut them in half and fill them with pastry cream or jam.
