Donus Glass

This is one of my favorite recipes, as I didn't have many ingredients, so I made them much simpler, covered in sugar and some with a bit of chocolate.
Ingredients

Servings
  • 500 grams flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 grams yeast
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
Preparation

Medium
  • Place the flour in a bowl. Incorporate the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast, crumbling it with your hand; if it is granulated, add 2 tablespoons. Incorporate the milk. Mix and knead on the table until you achieve a smooth and tender dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes. Roll out the dough. Cut out disks of 7 cm and make a hole of 3 cm in diameter by removing the center. Let it rise again. Fry in plenty of hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Decorate with sugar, icing, or chocolate coating.
