  • 3/4 cups sugar

  • 1/4 cups butter

  • In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, eggs, and knead until you achieve a good consistency. Add the butter and continue kneading for 15 more minutes or until smooth.
  • Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • In a small pot over medium heat, heat the oil and, using a stick, fry the donuts on both sides. When they are golden brown, remove and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
