  • 2 cups milk , boiling, for the pistachio gelatin
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® pistachio gelatin dessert, for the pistachio gelatin
  • 2 cups milk , cold, for the pistachio gelatin
  • 1/4 cups pistachio, in small pieces, for the pistachio gelatin
  • 2 cups milk , boiling, for the chocolate gelatin
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® gelatin chocolate flavor, for the chocolate gelatin
  • 2 cups milk , cold, for the chocolate gelatin
  • 1 envelope D'Gari Pudding Chocolate flavor, for the chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups milk , cold, for the chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cups almonds, sliced and toasted, for the chocolate cluster
  • 1/2 cups pistachios, toasted and in small pieces, for the chocolate cluster
  • 1/4 cups corn flakes, of cornflakes, for the cluster
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest, for the cluster
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted, for the cluster
  • edible glitter, golden, for decoration

  • Pour the boiling milk into a bowl and incorporate the D’Gari® chocolate gelatin. Mix and pour in the cold milk. Pour the mixture into small glasses, but only fill a quarter of the glass. Refrigerate for half an hour or until set.
  • For the D’Gari® pistachio gelatin: Pour the boiling milk into a bowl, add the gelatin, mix, add the cold milk, and incorporate the pistachio. Let cool to room temperature. Before it sets, pour the mixture into the glasses and fill ¾ of the glass. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • Mix the D’Gari® chocolate-flavored pudding and the cold milk for 2 minutes with a balloon whisk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • For the cereal cluster: mix the almonds, pistachio, cereal, orange zest, and dark chocolate. Transfer the mixture to a tray lined with wax paper, form small circles and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Set aside and decorate with edible glitter.
  • Add a layer of D’Gari® chocolate-flavored pudding to the Dubai chocolate gelatins. Decorate with the clusters and edible glitter.
