Easter Cookies

With this recipe, you can prepare delicious Easter Cookies decorated with M&M's that children love, especially if they help you make them.

  • 450 grams flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 225 grams lard
  • 3 eggs
  • drops vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 50 grams m&m´s chocolate

  • Sift the flour together with the salt and sugar.
  • Mix the butter in cubes with the dry ingredients.
  • Form a well and place the egg yolks, vanilla, and water in the center.
  • Knead and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2cm.
  • Cut shapes with a cookie cutter.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 150°C, they should remain light and without a bottom.
  • Halfway through baking, remove and place the candies or M&M's on top.
  • Once baked, remove and let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
  • They can be stored in a tightly closed tin or container for several days.
