1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can table cream
1 cup water, to hydrate
100 grams almonds, (sliced or skinless)
35 grams unflavored gelatin powder

Hydrate the gelatin in the cup of water and let rest for 5 minutes.
Place in a double boiler until dissolved.
Blend the contents of the three cans with the almonds and gradually add the dissolved gelatin, adjusting the flavor.
Pour into a mold or several small ones and let set
