Easy Apple Crisp

  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 250 grams phyllo dough
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Great Value® icing sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the apple slices in a bowl with the brandy, lemon juice, and sugar. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Brush the phyllo dough sheets with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Place the sheets inside a pie dish to form a base, also covering the sides of the dish.
  • Fill with the apples and cover with more phyllo dough. You can make a decoration with the dough. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
