Easy Chocoflan in Microwave

For lovers of this classic and delicious dessert, we present this super easy recipe that you will love, as it is made with a microwave chocolate cake and the delicious D´Gari® vanilla-flavored flan with its rich caramel.

  • 10 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 8 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 liter cow's milk, warm
  • 1 box D´Gari® caramel vanilla flan
  • 1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • maraschino cherries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, milk, vanilla, oil, egg, and melted dark chocolate until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into individual microwave-safe containers or greased and floured mugs, filling 1/4 of the container.
  • Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Cool.
  • For the flan, empty and mix the D’Gari® vanilla-flavored flan with caramel in the warm milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes. Cool, making sure it doesn't set.
  • Brush the top of the cake with melted chocolate and let it dry. Pour the flan on top until the containers are full and refrigerate until set. Decorate with caramel and cherries in syrup.
