Easy Chocolate Custard

This delicious dessert is super tasty due to its rich combination of chocolate and vanilla, you can't miss it.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chocolate
  • strawberries
  • peppermint

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and cornstarch for 5 minutes until perfectly combined.
  • Add the milk and vanilla and pour into a pot, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Add the chocolate and let it melt, cook for 10 more minutes or until the custard thickens.
  • Pour into small glasses and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the custard is firm.
  • Decorate your custard with berries and a few mint leaves.
