3 eggs
1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup chocolate
strawberries
peppermint

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and cornstarch for 5 minutes until perfectly combined.
Add the milk and vanilla and pour into a pot, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add the chocolate and let it melt, cook for 10 more minutes or until the custard thickens.
Pour into small glasses and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the custard is firm.
Decorate your custard with berries and a few mint leaves.
