Easy Coconut Pie

  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup grated sweet coconuts

  • In a blender, mix the first 7 ingredients for 10 seconds.
  • With a spoon, gather the mixture that stuck to the sides of the blender and blend again for another 10 seconds.
  • Add the coconut and blend for another 2 seconds or until well mixed.
  • Pour it into a pie mold
  • Bake it at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until you insert a toothpick into the pie and it comes out clean.
