  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana, medium, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup almonds

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Process the oats until you get a semi-fine powder. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, use a fork to mash the banana, mix in the oat flour and melted butter.
  • Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, press in the center and place an almond.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Enjoy!
