  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Nutella®, 15 g per serving

  • Beat the butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well integrated.
  • Add the flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and orange zest, and continue mixing until integrated to obtain a dough.
  • Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart. Bake the tiles at 200 °C for 4 minutes.
  • Spread the tiles with Nutella® and accompany with fruit and a glass of milk.
