These are very crunchy cookies that burst with blueberries in your mouth when you bite into them.

120 grams sugar
120 grams brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
10 grams mixed berries
200 grams flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cranberries

Beat the butter with the sugars, add the eggs, and cream well. Add the essence, then the flour, baking powder, and finally the blueberries.
Form cylinders, wrap in freezer paper, and refrigerate for half an hour.
Then cut into medallions of 1/2 cm, flatten with your hand on a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil, and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
