  • 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter , 140 g, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 100 g
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups flour , 200 g
  • 1 tablespoon milk
