Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla until well creamy and has turned a whiter color. By hand, gradually add the flour, trying not to take too long to avoid incorporating too much air.
Bake in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes (approx).
Let sit for a couple of minutes on the tray and then transfer to a rack until completely cool.
