Butter Donuts

This is a recipe for the little donuts that children love the most because they are delicious, and I give them as a complement to their lunch as a dessert.

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • Mix the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the flour, incorporating it carefully.
  • Make small balls by shaping strips and folding them in half, twisting to make the little donuts.
  • Coat them with granulated sugar and place them on baking trays.
  • Bake them for 15 minutes until they turn golden.
  • Let them cool on the tray and carefully detach them.
