  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • chocolate, melted
  • blackberry jam

  • Cream the butter and sugar with a mixer until the butter is softened and the sugar is dissolved, then add the egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing. Finally, incorporate the flour and baking powder and mix again. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured flat surface and cut the cookies with a round cutter and a smooth tip. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Use a spoon to shape the eyes.
  • Decorate with melted chocolate and jam.
