This recipe is a mix of flavors and fun to share. They are cookies full of flavor and texture from the ingredients that make them up. The macadamia nuts and honey make a delicious combination. Try them.
Mix all the ingredients in the order listed in a bowl, (add only as much flour as needed for the dough to be consistent)
When the mixture reaches a consistent state (not kneaded), shape it into a log and wrap it in aluminum foil, leave it in the freezer for 4 hours until the mixture is very hard and remove it.
Cut into discs one centimeter thick and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Leave enough space between the dough balls so that the cookies have room to grow and do not stick together while baking. Place some chocolate chips on top of the dough discs.
Bake for 10 minutes.
