Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In an electric mixer, add the butter, both sugars, and vanilla. Mix, add the eggs, and continue beating.
  • Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; add the butter while continuing to beat.
  • Mix well and incorporate the chocolate chips.
  • Take portions of the dough with a spoon and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
