250 grams flour , sifted
125 grams unsalted butter
150 grams powdered sugar
1 egg
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

In a bowl, soften the butter and add the sugar, mixing until well integrated.
Add the egg and mix until well integrated.
Add the vanilla.
Sift the flour and incorporate it into the mixture gradually, until you have a homogeneous dough.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, and to one add the cocoa and mix until well integrated.
Leave both parts in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Roll out the doughs separately to form rectangles.
Put the chocolate rectangle on top of the vanilla one, rolling it up without leaving spaces between the doughs.
Cut into slices about 3 mm thick with a knife.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
