  • Cream the butter by beating it. Once it is soft, add the eggs one by one. Without stopping the beating, incorporate the vanilla.
  • Using a sieve, sift the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the previous mixture, continue beating until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Divide the dough into two.
  • In a bowl, place one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of milk. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add the cocoa and stir very well.
  • Divide the two portions of dough in half to make four balls. Place each ball on wax paper and use a rolling pin to roll them out into rectangles of 30 x 25 centimeters. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the wax paper and place a rectangle of chocolate on top of a rectangle of non-chocolate dough. Gently roll the dough, starting from the longest side of the rectangle. Once you form the roll, wrap it in plastic. Repeat this step with the remaining dough. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the rolls are firm.
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator and take off the plastic. Cut the dough into cookies that are 0.6 centimeters wide.
  • On a previously greased baking sheet, place the cookies. Bake at 180° Celsius for 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for 30 minutes.
