Chocolate Christmas Cookies

These chocolate Christmas cookies are perfect for gifting and are very easy to make. Give them a try!

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 can condensed milk, (395 gr)
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 6 sticks chocolate

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the butter, egg yolk, lemon zest, condensed milk, and flour in a mixer on low speed. Cover and let rest for one hour.
  • Take portions the size of a walnut and shape them into crescents, placing them on a greased and floured baking tray. Repeat with the remaining dough, and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and dip the tips of the crescent cookies. Let cool and serve.
