Mix the butter, egg yolk, lemon zest, condensed milk, and flour in a mixer on low speed. Cover and let rest for one hour.
Take portions the size of a walnut and shape them into crescents, placing them on a greased and floured baking tray. Repeat with the remaining dough, and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and dip the tips of the crescent cookies. Let cool and serve.
