Healthy Cinnamon Apple Cookies

Cookies are always part of the Christmas tradition. This year, help Santa's reindeer by leaving healthy cookies that won't add extra weight.

  • 1/2 cups coconut oil
  • 1/4 cups apple purée
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat the oven to 170ºC
  • In a food processor, blend together coconut oil, applesauce, apple, vanilla, and egg.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
  • Stir all the ingredients together. Form cookies with 1 Tbsp of dough on parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy, yuuum.
