1/2 cups coconut oil
1/4 cups apple purée
1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced into quarters
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
2 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt

Preheat the oven to 170ºC
In a food processor, blend together coconut oil, applesauce, apple, vanilla, and egg.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
Stir all the ingredients together. Form cookies with 1 Tbsp of dough on parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy, yuuum.
