Reindeer Cookies

  • 75 grams butter
  • 75 grams raw sugar
  • 60 grams egg, (1 piece)
  • 50 grams honey
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 20 m&m´s, red
  • 10 pretzels

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Add the egg, honey, cocoa powder to the mixture, and continue mixing until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add the cinnamon and mix it in.
  • Incorporate the flour and knead well until a ball is formed.
  • Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Take out of the refrigerator and make small balls with the dough, use a toothpick to make two dots for the eyes, place a red M&M in the center for the nose, and add the antlers by breaking the pretzel in half.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
