Mix the flour with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder.
Cream the butter with the sugar in the mixer and add the vanilla.
Add the eggs one by one to the butter mixture.
Add the dry mixture to the mixer with the rest of the ingredients.
Knead with your hands until having a homogeneous mixture, form balls.
On a greased tray lined with parchment paper, place the balls to bake. You can add texture like in the photo with a fork, so when you sprinkle them, the sugar and cinnamon stick better.
Bake for 14 minutes in the oven.
Let cool and roll in a bowl of sugar and cinnamon.
