They are a type of very soft cookies that you will love; you won't be able to stop eating them because they melt in your mouth with the first bite. They are usually offered at weddings and all kinds of events; they are a very good option to serve as dessert.

  • 1 kilo flour
  • 1/2 kilos lard
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup nut , ground
  • 1/4 liters cow's milk , only if necessary

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In the mixer, cream the butter until it is well aerated. Add the egg and sugar.
  • Once the ingredients are well incorporated, gradually add the rest of them.
  • When the dough is ready, cover it with a bit of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Once the time has passed, form the cookies with the dough and bake them for 7 to 10 minutes. Let them cool well so you can remove them from the tray.
