Cookies Balls

It's a simple and quick dessert to make. Delicious for any occasion. You can combine these coconut balls with whatever you like, whether it's nuts, shredded coconut, dried blueberries, or chocolate chips.

  • Crush the cookies until they turn to powder. You can use a blender to achieve this.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the condensed milk and butter, add the vanilla. Stir everything with a wooden spoon until you get a dough that doesn't stick. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Make cookie balls with your hands and roll each one in a bowl with shredded coconut. The idea is for them to be completely covered.
