Banana Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mash the bananas.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, starting with the wet ones and then the dry ones.
  • Form a compact dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Grease and flour a baking tray.
  • On the baking sheet, form circles with the dough or cut them out with a cookie cutter, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
  • Serve.
