Beat the butter until creamy, add the sifted sugar, add the eggs gradually preferably while continuing to beat, add the vanilla along with the baking powder, and finally add the flour little by little. This flour should be refrigerated for a couple of hours.
The oven is preheated to 180°C. The cookies take approximately 7 minutes to be ready. These cookies are ideal for decorating with a good icing.
