Cookies with Sprinkles

  • 75 grams butter
  • 75 grams raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams honey
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • icing sugar
  • water, a few drops
  • rainbow sprinkles

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Add the egg and honey to the mixture and continue mixing until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add the cinnamon and mix it in.
  • Incorporate the flour and knead well until a ball forms.
  • Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Take out of the refrigerator and roll out the dough with your hands or a rolling pin.
  • Using a circular cookie cutter, cut the dough.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Take the cookies out of the oven.
  • Mix the powdered sugar with water to form a glaze.
  • Once the cookies are cool, spread a layer of frosting on them and sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
