75 grams butter
75 grams raw sugar
1 egg
50 grams honey
300 grams flour
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
icing sugar
water, a few drops
rainbow sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the egg and honey to the mixture and continue mixing until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the cinnamon and mix it in.
Incorporate the flour and knead well until a ball forms.
Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take out of the refrigerator and roll out the dough with your hands or a rolling pin.
Using a circular cookie cutter, cut the dough.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the oven.
Mix the powdered sugar with water to form a glaze.
Once the cookies are cool, spread a layer of frosting on them and sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
