Easy Banana and Oat Cookies

These healthy oatmeal cookies are made with just two ingredients. They are light because they do not contain flour, milk, or fat, and are made with oats, a food that provides fiber to the body. Add more flavor by including chocolate chips, cinnamon, or vanilla.

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • In a medium bowl, mix the bananas with the cup of oats, using your hands to do so. Allow some banana chunks to remain; if the mixture is not thick, add more oats.
  • If you have additional ingredients like chips, raisins, cinnamon, or vanilla, add them to the mixture and stir.
  • Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F and bake for about 15 minutes.
