  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1 San Juan® egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 1 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1/3 cups cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups white chocolate

  • In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the Huevo San Juan®, vanilla extract, and red dye, and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Add the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until you obtain a thick and well-integrated dough. Set aside.
  • Chop the chocolate into medium pieces, add to the cookie dough, and mix well.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to divide the dough into portions, place on a baking sheet, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Bake the cookies at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
