1 cup flour , sifted
50 grams unsalted butter
1/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 tablespoons dulce de leche, or dulce de leche essence
couverture chocolate, white
couverture chocolate, dark
Preparation

Mix the sugar and the butter.
Then add the flour, the egg, and the dulce de leche (arequipe) and the teaspoon of salt.
Preheat the oven to 250ºC then bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
Then cover it with dark chocolate and add white chocolate on top.
Decorate with dulce de leche.
