Dulces de Arequipe y Chocolates

  • 3 tablespoons dulce de leche, or dulce de leche essence

  • Mix the sugar and the butter.
  • Then add the flour, the egg, and the dulce de leche (arequipe) and the teaspoon of salt.
  • Preheat the oven to 250ºC then bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
  • Then cover it with dark chocolate and add white chocolate on top.
  • Decorate with dulce de leche.
