Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease and flour two baking sheets.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Gradually add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Finally, add the nuts and coffee and mix until fully integrated.
Use an ice cream scoop to form the balls as evenly as possible. Place the balls on the baking sheet, leaving at least 3 cm of space between them.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown. Let the cookies cool before serving.
