2 cups granola
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cups cornstarch
1 1/2 cups carrot , grated
1 tablespoon orange zest
3/4 cups oil
1/4 cups honey
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, put the granola, flour, cornstarch, carrot, orange zest, oil, honey, and egg.
Mix all the previous ingredients until well incorporated.
With a tablespoon, take a portion of the desired size for your cookies, or wear rubber gloves to shape them.
Place the portions on the tray and put them in the oven (preheated) for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
Once ready, you can offer them as snacks, dessert, lunch, etc.
