When the cookies start to look a little golden, it’s time to take them out; it should take about 15 minutes of baking. Move the cookies to cool.
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
In a bowl, add the flour, salt, powdered sugar, and mix.
Add the milk, butter, and mix until a smooth and soft dough is obtained.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes, letting the dough rest.
Once the dough is cool, roll it out on a floured baking sheet to a thickness of 2 cm.
Use a star-shaped cookie cutter and another smaller star-shaped cookie cutter. Cut the dough with the large star cutter 20 times and with the smaller one 20 times.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes or until they start to look a little golden. Remove the cookies and let them cool.
To assemble: On each large star cookie, place a bit of strawberry jam, then place a small star cookie on top and repeat.
