The Blackberry Cookies have a light, fluffy dough with a delicious flavor of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and blackberry. They only need 10 minutes to prepare. This dessert is perfect to accompany a rich coffee or a delicious hot chocolate.
Cream the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, butter, and powdered sugar for 5 minutes, then add the flour; refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll out on a floured surface until about 1 cm thick, cut into circles using a cutter; spread with jam and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden. The oven should be preheated.
Let the cookies cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
