The dry ingredients are sifted 3 times.
Butter is mixed with sugar, egg, flour, and honey, tasted, and if it lacks sweetness, more sugar or pure bee honey can be added.
A roll is formed and wrapped in parchment paper or vinyl paper and placed in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, then taken out and sliced into rounds, then placed in the oven at about 400ºC for 10 minutes.
