1/2 cups Hershey's Natural Cocoa, for the cookies
1/4 cups honey, for the cookies
1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cookies
2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted, for the cookies
1 pinch salt, for the cookies
2 cups walnuts, for the filling
2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for the filling
2 tablespoons raw sugar, for the filling
1 Hershey's Zero Sugar Pastry Bar, for coating

Mix the oatmeal flour, Hershey’s Natural Cocoa, honey, coconut oil, and salt in a bowl until fully combined and a dough is formed.
Roll out the dough on a flat surface lined with parchment paper, cut circles, and freeze for 30 minutes.
For the nut filling: Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan over medium heat until they start to look shiny.
Grind the toasted walnuts, vanilla extract, and brown sugar in a food processor until a paste begins to form. Set aside.
Place a bit of nut butter on one cookie, close with another cookie, press lightly, and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Melt the Hershey’s Zero Sugar Baking Bars in a double boiler. Set aside.
Cover half of the nut-filled cookies with chocolate, place on a board, and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
