Delicious and nutritious cookies, also very easy to prepare, ideal to enjoy with a cup of coffee or as a snack at any time of the day.

  • The day before, the oats should be soaked with the cup of oil.
  • Incorporate the rest of the ingredients into the soaked oats and mix until combined.
  • On a previously greased and floured aluminum tray, place portions of the mixture using a spoon.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180° and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Once ready, let cool slightly so they do not break when removing them from the tray.
