Oat Cookies

Delicious and healthy cookies, they are a great option for gifts. You can also add chocolate chips on top and shredded coconut as alternatives.

  • Soften the butter.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Add sugar.
  • Add oats and walnuts.
  • Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Mix everything until a firm dough is formed and let it rest for 1 or 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Make small balls and flatten them by placing them on greased and floured trays.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
