Oat Cookies
Delicious and healthy cookies, they are a great option for gifts. You can also add chocolate chips on top and shredded coconut as alternatives.

1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
1/4 kilos unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cups nut , chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Soften the butter.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add sugar.
Add oats and walnuts.
Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
Mix everything until a firm dough is formed and let it rest for 1 or 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Make small balls and flatten them by placing them on greased and floured trays.
Bake for 12 minutes.
