  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup butter, fry
  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • Grind the oats in a food processor. Then, add the butter and sugar and process until combined and a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Freeze the cookie dough for 30 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into balls, place them on a baking sheet, and bake at 170 °C for 10 minutes. Place the cookies on a rack, let cool, and set aside.
