Oatmeal and Banana Cookies

Cookies, who doesn't like cookies? There are many types of cookies, with different flavors, textures, and aromas; for different ages, occasions, and tastes. Here I leave you some super easy cookies to make, at a low cost, with things you almost always have at home. For the children's snack, for a party, family gathering, or for whatever you like.

  • 3 bananas, or bananas
  • 1 cup oats, rolled oats, to taste
  • honey

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Peel the bananas. In a bowl or container, place the bananas, cut into small pieces, and then mash with a fork. Once you have the fruit mashed, add the rolled oats until you achieve a homogeneous dough to your liking.
  • After having the oatmeal cookie dough mixed with the fruit, you can add a splash or teaspoon of honey if you want to give it a sweet touch.
  • Bake for a few minutes, then once they're ready, wait for them to cool and enjoy.
