  • Using an electric mixer, first beat the butter until it has a creamy consistency, then add the sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  • Next, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, previously sifted; then add the oats, mix well, and finally add the chocolate chips or raisins according to your taste.
  • Using cookie cutters or a knife, cut out circles of your desired size. Bake on a tray lined with parchment paper at 180°C for 20 minutes or until they look golden. Don't neglect your oven; the time may vary depending on its power.
